Rules
You may not use your hosting account to do the following :
Store any adult material of any kind
Store any illegal content
Send spam via the server
Attack the server or to hack or crack other sites or users
Use the server to run IRC sessions
You agree that we have the "right" to terminate, suspend or delete any of your files or account at any time without refund.
Site Backup
We advise all users to backup there site, if your account is suspended then we will charge a fee.
You will be charged $5.00USD for a full directory backup with an additional backup fee of $1.00USD per MySQL database backup.
Payments
The payment date is the first of each month, from this you have 30 days to pay.
If you do not pay within this time your account will be suspended, 14 days after this, your account can and will be Terminated.
As the hosting is at a low price that you agree that there is no refund given and you must pay for what you have used.
May be it one day or one month you agree to pay the full amount quoted for the whole month.
